1. Low energy consumption and energy saving roller extrusion granulation is a kind of material granulation at room temperature. Compared with other methods, it does not require drying measures such as fuel and gas.
2. Steam granulation is a commonly used method for the production of compound fertilizer without a binder in my country. After intermolecular condensation and crystallization, steam acts as a binder in the production process. However, in the drying process, the moisture inside and on the surface of the particles must be discharged, otherwise the fertilizer will easily stick and agglomerate during storage. Dry granulation does not require another additive, only the intermolecular force of the material itself, which simplifies the process and reduces energy consumption.
3. The low investment is due to the saving of the drying process, the low rate of return (approximately 15% of the total feed volume of the extruder), simple process flow and low investment.
